Sober & Strong is a  lifestyle transition programme, with the emphasis on ‘transition’.  It’s the next step  of lifestyle change when it comes to health and strength, focusing on and supporting the  transitional phase from where you are now to where you want to be in terms of your health, strength, fitness and resilience, physically; mentally and emotionally.

It’s the coming together of a group of Women in Recovery , all with the same doubts and worries and all who have a desire to be living in a fitter, stronger, healthier body and mind that allows them the freedom to live fully!

Firstly, to lay down the fundamentals, I want to start by reminding you of  one simple truth… and that is that every single cell in your body, all THIRTY TRILLION of them, love you!  Every second of every day they are working with the sole purpose of protecting you and working FOR you and to keep you fit, strong and healthy because they love you!  You, sister, are a miracle! We are all miracles.

Sober & Strong is  a 6-week rolling programme designed to take you from wherever you are to the strongest, fittest and healthiest version of you in both body and mind!

 
Women in Recovery 

The programme has been designed to get you started on your journey to living a life you dream of, in a fit, strong healthy body that you love! It is your platform for change in terms: of; your health; your fitness…your future! It is NOT a 'transformation' programme, it is a LIFESTYLE TRANSITION programme. And with the lifestyle transition comes long term transformation.

With just 12 spaces available to ensure the best coaching and group dynamic, we will meet at Hardhitters gym in Birkenhead for our group sessions twice a week for 6 weeks for Phase one, followed by a further 6- weeks for phase two. 

The programme has been designed to suit even total beginners to exercise as well as those with an exercise history, and builds on skills, technique, confidence strength and fitness over both phases. 

Don’t worry, although I will be facilitating and coaching, ultimately you are the boss of you, and you decide how fast or slow you take the sessions.
There’s a variety of different levels and options to suit all.

As you will be part of the first ever Women in Recovery, Sober & Strong programme,  I am requesting an expression of interest in order to decide on our training days. Once I have names of all those interested, I will then put out a poll for preferred training days.  I’m aware that you will have other commitments around meetings.  I want to make this programme accessible to as many as possible so will work with you to find  suitable days and times that work for as many as possible.
